Specialist Inkjet Coding & Marketing Solutions Company Seeks Assistance
Euromark commenced trading in 2011. Supplying inkjet coding machines, printing inks and consumables. It operated as a maintenance service to some high profile blue-chip clients. In its first two years of trading, Euromark achieved a turnover of circa £1m.
Despite the Company significantly increasing its turnover following an ambitious marketing and sales plan, legacy debts caused the Company’s financier to seek the benefit of a Administration moratorium to allow breathing space for a plan to be implemented.
Simon Plant and Daniel Plant were subsequently appointed as Administrators. The Joint Administrators entered into a period of marketing in order to attract as much interest in the business as possible. Following negotiations with various parties, the Joint Administrators were able to negotiate a sale to the highest bidder, preserving jobs and maximising recoveries in the process.
Following a period of marketing, a sale was negotiated and completed.
